115g dark choc
225g butter
2/3 cup peanut butter
1 cup castor sugar
1 ¼ cup soft brown sugar
5 eggs
2 cups flour
2 tsp b powder
½ tsp salt
½ cup milk
1/3 cup choc chips
Chop da choc n melt. Beat da sugars, butter until light n creamy. Add eggs beatn afta each addition. Sift flour, bp n salt. Add 2 butter mix alternating wth milk. Divide batter in 2. Add melted choc 2 one batch of batter n add choc chips 2 da otha batch.
Line muffin pan wth muffin cases. Drop spoonsful of batter alternating choc batter and choc chip batter. Pull a skewer through for marbled effect.
Bake @ 180 for 15 - 20 mins

Banana Loaf
125g butter
Extra butter for greasing the tins
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
500g self-raising flour
4 bananas, mashed
Method:
Preheat oven to 180C. Grease 1 large loaf tin or 2 small loaf tins with the extra butter.
In a mixing bowl cream together butter, sugar and eggs.
Mix in mashed bananas. Add flour, bicarb and milk and mix to a thick batter. Pour into the prepared tins. Bake in preheated oven for 30 – 40 minutes. To test if the cake is done insert a skewer in the middle of the cake, if it comes out dry the cake is done.

Cinnabon cupcakes
125 g butter, 1 cup brown sugar,3 eggs,1 teaspoon bicarb,1 cup plain yoghurt,1 1/2 cup flour,1/2 cup self raising flour.
Beat butter n sugar,add eggs n beat,add yoghurt n beat,add dry ingredients little at a time n beat, set aside.
Filling-1 cup chopped pecans,100g dairy milk chopped,3/4 cup brown sugar,2 teaspoon cinnamon powder,mix together - Fill batter halfway, spoon filling over, then spoon batter again, lastly put filling on top.
Put In paper cups, bake at 180 for 15-20 minute.
Cream cheese icing- 150g butter, 1 1/2 cups sifted icing sugar, 1/2 tub cream cheese. Swirl onto cupcake and drizzle chocolate syrup mixed with cinnamon over.
